Pros

Work from home is a flexible benefit. Traveling is also not an issue, allows for personal schedule setting and flexibility.

Cons

Long string of communications to get things completed. With working at home also comes a down side. Seems like you can always take work home with you.

Pros

- Work/life balance is phenomenal - Large company, great perks and discounts - Lots of opportunity to move around, relatively stable

Cons

- Large company, small moving - Information flow from the top is slow - should have better training and more job types

Pros

My fellow employees are great to work with. The work is challenging and satisfying I am treated like a professional (usually) Support for technical careers

Cons

Costs like health care and commuting keep rising, with no pay raises to even keep things even. IBM keeps cutting costs at the employee's expense, reducing or eliminating reimbursement for legitimate business expenses. Employee recognition has been declining year to year for quite a while.
