Pros
They pay you a salary, when you work for them. Only your co-workers keep this place bearable.
Cons
This company is huge and highly inefficient. Management is focused on their own circles and careers and care little for people. First line managers should not have the title as manager. They cannot take any decisions themselves and it is ridiculous to negotiate salary with them, as they cannot award anything but peanuts. The work place is considered a factory with common workers crammed into too little space and salaries kept to a minimum. Forget any development if you are above 50.
