Pros

Pays well with reasonable benefits. Money isn't everything though. Good brand recognition but the company has forgotten how that was achieved.

Cons

Treated like a number. Politics rule the decision process. Managers manage up and not work or people in an appropriate way.

Pros

Individual's responsibility is small, lots of resource to learn new things

Cons

Working environment is not very positive, team work is not much encouraged, upper management doesn't care much about employee's career growth, not very supportive. Many times we are just throwed into a new job which is not a good fit for individual and we are left at the new job for surviving on our own without much support.
