Pros
Just as many other large companies like this, you have to learn to maneuver it. Make yourself known, show them how you are essential and you will go far. They are also very open to employees' ideas.
Cons
People who come from smaller companies and have only worked for 1 other place for many years can struggle with the fast moving parts but there is always an opportunity to learn there. I don't really feel like the pay is as competitive as it should be.
