They got in to SF by buying BlueWolf. By the time I left, I was pretty much the last remaining "pack" member who was an SA. There's a good reason - they steadfastly refuse to understand the unique nature of SF and SF projects. As a result, they believe that any PM/BA can be an SF PM/BA, and so most projects are poorly staffed & run - and guess who has to pick up the slack? However, if you're careful, you can mostly stay on the bench your first year and learn, learn, learn! Pile up certs, learn the consulting business, and keep one eye on the door.
