Cons

Don't stay at IBM for too long. Maybe 5 years max. Learn and grow. Then, leverage that in your next job. Don't become too blue for too long; it becomes a negative on your resume.

Innovative employees. Employees care about company and want to see success.

Cons

As a manager I had targets to lay off older employees to reduce expenses. It has become a numbers game where employees are treated as liabilities. There was so much potential with innovative employees but the numbers games have hindered the process of moving company forward
