Pros
Salary is very competitive and my co-workers are great professionals.
Cons
Layoffs for the past 5 yrs have eroded morale. Deeply. The size of the company creates a lot of silos where you feel disconnected from the mission of the business unit you are in and without any real means of significantly advancing your career.
