Pros

An authentic culture of design in the Austin studios. Great people work at IBM and I love a lot of the people I work with.

Cons

I've heard there's not a lot of room for promotion. I currently fee under paid. Not a lot of perks in the office like other tech companies provide.

Pros

Great environment fresh out of school. Plenty of resources and experience to tap into while learning the in's and out's of corporate design at IBM's level.

Cons

Lots of upper management and a very old school way of doing things

Pros

Within sciences and technologies of computer software + hardware, you have limitless variety of subjects to help out on.

Cons

Variety comes with a consequence. A lot of people waste time or complain about lack of "work".
