Pros

Great people work and have worked for IBT Media.

Cons

The company went through its second round of layoffs this year, this time about 40 people were let go without warning. Senior management is very inexperienced and a bit clueless about the state of digital news media. Stay away!

They will sink soon. every 2~3 months, cuts off 100s staff in hours.

Pros

If you're starting out as a journalist, this is an okay place to get your foot in the door. Schedules used to be flexible. Free coffee.

Cons

Everything. Editors are slow, make poor edits and are all on power trips. Upper management is the same. This place gets worse by the day. Everyone hates it here, and everyone is looking for another job.
