Pros
ICCU is a great place to work! Great Culture! Management actually cares about the Team as family! Benefits are great! I enjoy my team and they work hard to find the right people to be on each team.
Cons
Vacation/sick days are treated as one and seem below the industry average. Salaried employees don't enjoy a much flexability in regards to thier schedule.
