Pros
I love that ICCU has such a positive work atmosphere. I look forward to coming to work. I enjoy the people I work with. I am given the tools to do a good job. I appreciate the perspective of upper management, how they treat us, the strategic directions and principles they strive to live by.
Cons
Semi-inflexibility of my work schedule, where I am in a salaried position and do not interface directly with the public, I would like more flexibility to put in my work time during hours that fit better with my personal schedule.
