      Pros

      Competitive Pay Positive Environment Great Benefits I was a stay-at-home mom for 15 years and just came to work for ICCU at the beginning of September. I was very nervous to come back to the working world, but ICCU has been amazing to me since I started. Everyone is kind and helpful. I am so happy to be part of a team that serves our members and our community so well.

      Pros

      Excellent facilities and amenities. Support for and access to resources to learn and increase professional skills and knowledge. Incredible contribution and participation in communities where ICCU has a presence. ICCU is pursuing rapid growth, which is exciting to be a part of. Some departments are shifting to a hybrid schedule.

      Cons

      A noticeable shift from what used to be an unrivaled focus on people first, which is an expected result of growth. Compensation falls short of other financial institutions when comparing equivalent positions, which was acceptable when the culture made up for the difference.
