      Pros

      ICCU has amazing benefits and is a great environment to work and be apart of. It is a positive and fun environment to be apart of. Just like any workplace, it is what you make it and majority of team members have made it a great place to work.

      Cons

      Transparency on decisions isn't always the best from upper management. Decisions they've said are going to be announced by a certain date never happened and when asked about it they just keep moving the date, which makes you feel like you are just being strung along.

      Pros

      ICCU has continued to make sure their employees are taken care of and appreciated. They continuously look for ways to improve, celebrate, and have a good time all while living up to our core values and putting our membership first. The culture here is unmatched and truly is the number one area that makes us stand out from the rest.

      Cons

      The scheduling of time off requests can be a little difficult. Especially when plans don't always get planned out weeks in advance. The ability to also waive fees is becoming less and less as we continue to grow.
