Pros

ICCU has great people that I get to work around and the job I have is a good fit for me. As a company, the management cares for those working here as well as caring to offer services that will keep employees and customers happier.

Cons

ICCU is a company with high standards. If you are not willing to work to complete goals and overcome obstacles by set timelines, it may not be for you.

Pros

There are innumerable benefits working here, from the huge emphasis they put on employee culture, team bonding, etc to how they allow for time off for family emergencies and it does not effect the job. I've been here half a year and have been gifted free baseball game and concert tickets, a paddleboards, solid silver coins... Not to mention whenever managers or people from different departments come in they always bring donuts!!!

Cons

None. This company outshines all the rest.

Pros

Working on the business side is a genuine joy, as you can see from the other reviews. IT department may as well be a different company.

Cons

Paranoid management within IT demands “loyalty” to the “family” in the form of accepting low wages, involuntary transfers/demotions (not my personal experience but I saw it a lot in the Infrastructure side), and insane levels of control even for salaried employees (1/4 hr-level accounting of time spent on projects, efficiency ratings, multiple “trackers” to fill out, etc). You are expected to be actively working for 8 hours minimum per day, but in practice you are expected to prove your “loyalty” by ensuring you are always working 50+ hours per week, even when things are relatively quiet.
