I have worked for a few other financial institutions and when you are are in bank land you always hear how great credit unions are I made the switch and can say that it has been one of the best moves and all the rumors are true. From the way we love, serve, and care for our members and invest in their success. To the way ICCU invests in their employees and makes culture a priority. I am proud to be apart of the Green team.

Cons

There has been a lot of change but with us growing so much it makes sense. I also don't love how we are required to make up our time when we work Saturday. I feel like it should be left up to the employee if they want to make up that time or not like is use to be. Just to help with the work life balance.

It is the best company to work for. I have worked for other companies in my career.. I have never been treated this well from a company before. Even the CEO says hello to you when you run into him. The things they have done for us are the most incredible kindnesses from a company I have every been a part of.

Cons

No place is perfect but it is still the best! they hire a lot of young kids which is great in some ways, but my manager is so unorganized and the training is not good, he rarely answers my emails and doesn't follow through with what he says he will do. He is nice, but it affects my job and it is hard to not have the tools to do my job sometimes with somethings
