Pros

I've never been at a company who takes such good care of their employees and who has so many small incentives/bonuses to help you want to do better and be better as an employee. I'm also super impressed with how much ability I have, even in one of the lowest positions, to be able to really help our members and to use my judgement to do what I can for them. Not many employers really trust their employees to have good judgement.

Cons

I'm at a SUPER busy branch and feel guilty for taking the two 15 minute breaks legally allotted to me. It's almost more necessary in a busy branch to have that little bit of time but that's when you feel the worst taking it unless it's scheduled in and it definitely isn't here.
