Pros
There are many reasons to love working at ICCU. The first things that come to mind are support, love, and influence. Having worked here now for a few years I have seen my own growth improve exponentially. I have been able to not only help my members achieve financial success, but I am able to also achieve the same successes that we teach and help promote. I am also grateful for the opportunities that have come with the invested interest from our managers and leadership. Even with the size of the Credit Union we still have so many resources to help is in any situation that we may come across both career based and personally.
Cons
Downsides are hard to find. The only downside that I have seen after being here so long is the training for some positions (not all), can be harder and less compared to other areas. This isn't a large issue, but it can arise occasionally. The other thing I have seen is some individuals that have promoted need more training or relieved of their position when culture and team cohesion seems to distinguish or struggle.
