      Pros

      ICCU knows that their employees generate the value. It is not always easy going but management listens and I have only ever been treated fairly here. COVID showed this even more and the work response plan they have done was better than most companies I have heard of. Work from home, raised minimum wage, early salary increase, and gave bonuses during each holiday season.

      Cons

      If you do not enjoy being extremely busy each and every day you may struggle. Those that enjoy the challenge and reward will appreciate it but the growth is not slowing down.

      Pros

      They pay above the average of the Boise area but won't beat an out of state company most likely. The management has your back and wants to see you succeed. Team leads are always there to help. Culture is really good and you will most likely be receiving some sort of gift for Christmas time and major milestones.

      Cons

      Doesn't allow fully remote work at all. The team is split between Pocatello and Boise but you are still required to be in office even if your team is located in the other office. Not as flexible of a schedule as other tech companies I've been with. (That could be viewed as a pro if you like the structure)
