      Pros

      If you're trying to break into the industry, it's a great place to start. Coworkers are great, projects are interesting, and there's flexibility to work remotely.

      Cons

      You don't get any sick days and instead have to use your PTO. For each week that you work, you only get 2.5 hours of PTO. Turnover is high.
