      I've worked in ICF for six months each and everyday is like a new challenge and opportunity for me. overall its good.

      Flexible timings, good team, attention and working according to order, employer good support for us, food and transportation, accidental allowances.

      Cons

      Work addition both morning and night shift on single day, entry exit passes, not enough parking space, doing paper works as well as Inspection on same time, insufficient workers.
