Pros

You get to work on interesting customers with cool people. Its best to come here early in your career.

Cons

I always through coming to Olsen would be a crowning achievement in my career. Not so much. There have been 4 rounds of layoffs since November 2019. They constantly replace senior people with good, but very green junior people.
