Feeling that what you do impacts the world positively.

Cons

Top leadership made a bad move a few years back to get rid of sick leave, and not give any additional PTO. This still has sour taste in many of our mouths. People are leaving now that the economy is better for better compensation.

Cons

Benefits and bonus structure need some work. They are also acquiring companies left and right and some you may not even know about.
