Wide variety of projects. Lots of opportunity for travel both domestic and international. Decent work life balance. Efforts to improve corporate culture.

Cons

Hyper focused on practice areas. General consensus that pay is below competitors. Practice areas can be stymied by working for a greater public company. High expectations on performance despite limited training.

Thanks for your review. To address your concerns regarding pay, we actually participate in a variety of external surveys to ensure we are benchmarking ourselves against competitors. Sometimes our ability to pay more is restricted due to specific client contracts or affordability, but we strive to pay fairly in all areas of the company. As it relates to training, there are a variety of resources available to all employees starting from opportunities within your group or business unit, moving all the way through the various opportunities in our Learning Institute. I loved the work I did (so interesting and meaningful) and the coworkers I worked with. People were very nice.

Cons

Little room for employee growth (practically no employee development offerings); poor work-life balance (I used to get on Skype at 11:00 pm and see that every level of staff was back online working; personally I didn't get paid enough to work that hard); left and got paid more by another employer

The culture is good. Everyone is friendly. Good work/life balance. Also, the projects you work on are interesting.

Cons

Health Insurance plans are bad. (minimum $2000 deductible, which can be decreased to $1000 if you do wellness activities. Still, a PPO option would be preferable.
