Pros

- Diverse workforce and most people are kind/respectful

Cons

- High turnover, constantly short staffed with heavy workloads -Work life balance/flexibility depends on the manager you get. - ICF is not allowing staff to stay fully remote. ICF is taking a hybrid approach that is fully dependent on your manager and how they want to manage their team which is unfair and not consistent with all departments/groups. -Advancing within the company is very difficult, even with high/quality performers.

Pros

PTO is okay, people let you take it. Nice people who want to contribute to the larger mission. Good flexibility, have been remote since starting but possible plans to go back.

Cons

Underpaid, recent grads make more than you and make more than older employees. They wont release pay bands. Healthcare is kinda trash. Popularity contest to get on projects, and growth depends on what projects you get on. Being a BA you get tasked with all the grunt work.

Pros

They hand out VP titles like handing out napkins at a napkin factory... If you want a meaningless SVP title this is a company you can get one.

Cons

Worst company I have ever worked
