      Pros

      -Working from home -Nice office environment -Friendly colleagues/staff -Free snacks

      Cons

      -Low pay for the level of work -Unable to cross-bill hours for different projects -Being stuck on projects in which you have no interest -Not much room for growth mentally or financially (Although you may advance in title, your pay does not really increase) -Annual reviews are almost worthless (No matter how hard you work or lack thereof, almost everyone receives the same percentage increase)

      Pros

      There are very smart people who work there, and they seem to be passionate about what they do.

      Cons

      It is an extremely competitive and corporate, which is great, if you like that sort of thing, but it was not for me. I found that people did not hesitate to through you under the bus in order to promote themselves. I did not find managment supportive of employees learning new skills or growing existing skills. I did not like working here at all.

      Pros

      Great benefits. Co-workers are family.

      Cons

      Bottom line money. Always had to be billable, no overhead. Make up the time...if had a nonbillable meeting, lunch or class.

      Dear former employee, It’s great to hear that your co-workers were like family! As you pointed out, the professional consulting industry is a billable environment. It’s a difficult balance ensuring our employees have the appropriate amount of time to fuel themselves (training, networking, planning, etc.) and manage the expectations of our clients.
