      Pros

      This company has great benefits such as their 401K match program, commuter benefits, health insurance, and paid time off (vacation, floating holidays, and national holidays)

      Cons

      The pay is relatively low for an IT position. There also tends to be a lot of down time where we don't have any assignments to do until the next iteration (which I personally don't mind), but for anyone who needs to be working 24/7 with no breaks, this isn't the job for you.

      Really, I am at a loss.

      Cons

      Are there any minorities in senior management here (S.V.P, or above)? Other than the CEO. Speaks to NON-INCLUSIVE culture here. It's embarrassing. I'm African-American, and don't get addressed as my given name by employees where I'm located because I guess all minorities look alike???

      Pros

      - Flexibility work hours - Upward Mobility - Able to move around within company - Continuously work with new technology - Fair compensation

      Cons

      There are not many negatives about this company. One thing that's always concerning with expanding consulting firms is spreading yourself too thin. At times, the company can bite off more than it can chew. However, I think a more conversational approach between HR and the Sales teams has really improved ICF's ability to go out and gain work knowing that the people are in place to get the job done.
