Really lovely workplace culture and people, and the work is very interesting too. Very happy to have entered into the public policy sector while being at ICF.

Cons

Salary seems to be quite low in comparison to competitors, though they are trying to focus on this for the next round of salary reviews.

Great culture - I work with fantastic people; good work-life balance; the London office is beautiful. Good amount of work social events put on now we're out of covid. Huge flexibility in terms of hybrid working.
