      Pros

      Forward thinking. If you want to work hard and learn a lot this may be the place for you.

      Cons

      Management will work their employees very hard, but does not reward efforts. No room for upward mobility.

      Pros

      Good reputation in industry, hires junior staff directly out of school (generally there is a decent social environment amount junior staff, at least in Fairfax), can have decently high-profile/interesting work. Some of the leaders at ICF are extremely smart.

      Cons

      2% annual raise? Really? Might as well just flat-out say that "increases in compensation are commensurate with inflation". Also, too many layers. RA, analyst, associate, sr. associate, manager, sr. manager, principal, vp, svp. 9 layers.

      Pros

      Convenient location (near Vienna metro) with a positive work environment. I've never worked with so many intelligent people who took pride in their projects.

      Cons

      If you are not self motivated you will struggle here. Leaders expect everyone to simply do their job and there is little hand holding. If you are not a true professional, this is not the place for you.
