A very high calibre of colleagues, very interesting variety of work, very high calibre of clients. Lots of challenge and food for thought.
Cons
This is a small company, and although internal politics are reasonably minimised and well controlled, you need to pay attention to culture, fit of your face, and maintaining positive relationships.
