In terms of growth, it can be hard to know what type of growth you're interested so I'll speak broadly and hopefully provide some helpful resources! I recommend checking out the Learning page on the intranet. There are resources like Career Pathfinder, guides to having impact conversations with your managers, and the kinds of learning opportunities we have available to help you grow in a direction in which you may be interested. I know this may not be as helpful since I'm not sure what type of growth you're most interested in, so I recommend contacting your HRBP if you want more answers to your questions.
