Pros
Good benefits in terms of health insurance, time off, holidays, etc.
Cons
I was apart of a company that was actually acquired by ICF, and overall the acquisition was not impactful whatsoever minus the "promises" they made that were never fulfilled. They pay below market value, not entry or average, below it. They will exploit you for what you do and make you think you have to work OT when you really don't. They don't give you the tools that are needed for development and expect very unrealistic work to get done in no time. Maybe it was the contract that I was working on but management does not care whatsoever, all they care about is profit and making themselves look good while the people who actually get the work done suffer.
