      Pros

      Everyone has been friendly and welcoming, the company is employee owed with great stock ownership programs and the company is constantly expanding. I didn't have any problems working here and enjoyed it very much even with it's few cons.

      Cons

      It's hard to make your voice heard and to express your concerns. Additionally, not as much transparency as I would like. I didn't have a clear understanding of my role until I started it. Could use more vacation time

      Pros

      Will never work here and hiring practices need to be reviewed.

      Cons

      Applied for a senior role; received a call and asked what my salary requirement would be because based on my experience I was probably looking for more than they wanted to pay, but if we could come to an agreement it would be great because I had great experience. In the DC area for almost 20 years experience, they want to pay less than $90K. They may want to define what they consider "competitive pay" on their web page and/or stop underbidding work to win the contract and then expect others to bail them out.

      Pros

      The only pro I found was the ability to work independently with very little to no supervision and the job was close to home.

      Cons

      The company is a government/military contractor, in essence, a body shop for their contracts with no concern for their employees. They handle conflict by simply getting rid of the employee rather than resolving the issue. There is no room for growth within the company. Management at the site I worked simply was not there.
