      Pros

      ICI Services is a firm that is reliant on government contracts. It is a growing company that is lean and does not have a lot of overhead. This allows the firm to be competitive when compared to older, less dynamic firms.

      Cons

      While being a lean firm means that ICI does not have a lot of overhead and legacy costs it will continue to have a lot of growing pains if it not gain a better grip on services it outsources, including IT, HR and benefits.
