      Pros

      They don't bother you about much beyond filling in and signing your time card Management does want to get to know you Their HR support staff is friendly and attempts to be helpful at all times

      Cons

      Management doesn't track performance well Restrictive IT policies hinder work performance, thus personal computer was essential Management communication often breaks down, keeping you in the dark

      Pros

      The only pro I found was the ability to work independently with very little to no supervision and the job was close to home.

      Cons

      The company is a government/military contractor, in essence, a body shop for their contracts with no concern for their employees. They handle conflict by simply getting rid of the employee rather than resolving the issue. There is no room for growth within the company. Management at the site I worked simply was not there.
