Gets your foot in the door to work on base. Quiet place to work independently and paid well for the work demand. Management allowed some flexibility for scheduled work hours, as long as the customer is happy everyone is happy.

Cons

Contracting position, no guarantee for contract renewal.

Hands off management allowed for flexible social networking and flexible schedule. basically as long as the customer is happy everybody is happy. good leadership. was treated like a responsible adult to get the job done. Paid well for the work demand.

Cons

It's a contracting position so the family benefits aren't all that great, a little bit expensive but what do you expect.
