Pros
This is the best job I have ever had. The culture is amazing and I feel so supported & valued here. We work hard on making things fun for our teams and to reward & recognize when appropriate. We have more staffing than most property management companies, making work loads more manageable.
Cons
It is a small company so some benefits aren't as good as larger companies. I feel the culture outweighs any of the other things.
