      Pros

      Social outings, friendly coworkers, location is nice

      Cons

      Uses money on outings instead of bonus/raise, lays off people for no good reason, piles on work with no inc pay. Building area floods. higher ups are not genuine-play favorites.

      Really no cons - it is either a stepping stone career move or a majority of the people there have been there for many, many years. Refreshing for a company to have longevity.

      Good very entry level workplace and exposure to corporate life. Does a-lot of good things for the employees. Have the opportunity to move up if desired.

      Cons

      Could be a long time to see compensation that makes up for the cost of living in the tri-state area.
