Pros

ICON truly values the people who work there. I started as a temp and they went out of their way to help me find a permanent position that best suited me. HR was amazing and offered guidance and support throughout the process of moving from temp to permanent. Work life balance is actually possible here unlike my previous job in NYC. Great hours, great benefits and lots of flexibility. As long as you're willing to put in the work, you can find a great "home" at ICON.

Cons

The only con I can really think of is that the parking garage is kind of tight and the spaces are very narrow.

Friendly people, co workers are willing to help when needed, decent pay, free gym in the new building, fun company outings. Good place to start out of college.

Not everyone is able to work from home
