Pros

Good people, good benefits, office was nice

Cons

No one takes their job seriously, everyone complains, no room for growth, raise of 2k/year, special treatment everywhere, upper management doesn't care for lower staff, creepy executives, a whole lot of nepotism

Pros

Paid on time always. Good people.Steady work depending on the team.

Cons

Horrible training. Feels like a dictatorship where we you can't vote. Pay isn't enough at this point with the tension always in the air. Unlimited PTO which isn't really unlimited. They do not appreciate their talent and make it seem like you are disposable.
