- A great place to start out of college - You learn a great deal of skill sets - Networking with TV networks - Young environment - Interesting clients

Cons

- No Overtime - Takes times a long time to get promoted - Very clicky - Some teams have much more work than others

Pros

Work-Life balanced is great. The people you work with are awesome.

Cons

HR doesn't place employee to the proper department. HR is more focus on filling the open positions with whoever got interviewed. The compensation is very minimum comparing to the competition.

ICON International is a great company that allows for a great work life balance, creates a very comfortable work life balance & allows for growth. Co workers of all levels are very helpful.

Cons

Some days, can be harder than others, but that's to be expected. The Pros outweigh the Cons.
