In some departments you have a very casual dress code which is nice.

Cons

pretty much everything else is bad. But you don't realize it till you're 2 months in. THE ENTIRE COMPANY IS RUN LIKE CLIQUES IN HIGH SCHOOL. They do not care about their employees. HR does NOTHING.
