Pros

Icon recently was awarded a Top Place to Work by Advertising Age. This spurned me to post a review reinforcing what a quality company Icon is for prospective and current employees. Having been at Icon for a long time, I can attest to the commitment to their people. While the demands for excellence are high, the rewards of growth and compensation are readily available to those who seek to transform a job into a career.

Cons

Main office is a suburb of NYC. Can be a positive for many excepting those seeking the NYC experience. Also opening an office in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Pros

Flip a coin 3 times...if it lands heads everytime...then you'll be placed in a good team.

Cons

Certain people get a small work load while others are drowned in work. Executives are living in their delusional worlds.

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. Our employee’s safety is our main concern and our policy is and always has been for employees to use their best judgement during weather events. We are aware of the issue with the specific manager and are addressing the situation with them directly. HR is also reminding all managers that should they need to, they should allow their employees to leave earlier during inclement weather. Further, if you are feel that workload is too overwhelming, we would encourage you to utilize our open door policy and address your concerns with your supervisor, HR department, or someone in upper-management; whoever you feel most comfortable with. This way, we can address the issue and maybe even find ways to help lighten the load.
