1) Young environment 2) Great place to build skills and learn 3) Great place to network with companies and networks

Cons

1)VERY cliquey environment 2) A LOT of nepotism with executives children and their friends 3) Takes long to be promoted 4) The ones who do most of the work are often over looked

- A great place to start out of college - You learn a great deal of skill sets - Networking with TV networks - Young environment - Interesting clients

Cons

- No Overtime - Takes times a long time to get promoted - Very clicky - Some teams have much more work than others

Great position for right out of college. Office culture is huge with plenty of happy hours and company events, young office

Cons

a LOT of math for this position (even though i like it) Play hard work hard environment, can be cliquey
