Great benefits, great people and fun outings.

Cons

Unorganized departments. NO clear training. Overworked and under paid. Expected to work late hours with no compensation. For a beautiful work space too much negativity due to high levels of stress. Hires inexperienced people over promoting within. If you do not have connections there will be no moving up. Very Clicky. HR can be very unprofessional. No communication within management making direction very difficult. 3 re-organizations within one year.

Pros

Good company to start at right out of college. The work/life balance is great, you rarely ever have to stay late. The people in entry level positions are young. Very social atmosphere.

Cons

Seems like there's no room for growth unless someone else leaves. Big company means they're set in their ways - no summer Fridays, very rare to have a dress down day, not very considerate during the winter when it comes to people who live far.
