      Like the work but too much of it!

      Pros

      Compressed schedule, co-workers are nice.

      Cons

      Work load is tremendous for some, depending on your study. No recognition for going the extra mile and working additional hours. Changed vacation, sick and personal time to PTO which meant a loss of 5 to 8 days a year. Increase in the amount you pay medical benefits. Not a fun place to work.

      Good colleagues and offices located worldwide

      Cons

      Carrer development impossible; Human resources : absent for the employees only present for the executive management Recognition programm: not used by the N+1 when applicable Annual performance and reward review cycle: system fixed from the start, the reward and raises don' t correspond to the annual performance but to the crumbs "generously" left to the employees. Decisions taken case by case and not implemented to all employes. Profit sharing in France: .... Individual training entitlement: ... No chance to evolve & get more skills. Do not only managed the assistants. Do not organize staff meeting for only some positions and ignore others as if they don't take part in the company 'success.
