      Pros

      Position is home-based. Great benefits, pay, and staff. Upper management recognizes the organizational problems and taking steps to fix them.

      Cons

      Too many metrics and systems that need to be checked and manually updated on a regular basis. On paper the workload is not bad but when you add in all of the manually checks & updates, it leads to a ton of work and frustration. There is a lot of staff turnover resulting in long hours covering work for the people who have left.

      Pros

      It is nearly impossible to get fired as the bar is set real low. That and good medical benefits.

      Cons

      If you are a high performer stay away. I am sure that you will given the low pay relative to the industry and the lack of career advancement opportunities. Leadership keeps acquiring companies that it has no idea how to run. The strategy group is a sinking ship as evidenced by the mass exodus of top talent.
