Management not honest with employees; no career development; layoffs with no notice due to profit margin issues.

centralization, bureaucracy and pure margin driven decision making ruined the fun. During the least years restructuring without invitation to participate in the "new" way ruined the atmosphere. People where asked to keep their heads down, asking was not allowed and answers if given at all were full of lies and proven wrong just short afterwards. No trust, no culture, no respect or thank you for years of performance.
