Pros

Flexible workplace, insourced possibility, possibility to change to the sponsor

Cons

If you are insourced at a sponsor and the sponsor is laying off employees, ICON will also let you go. Those 2 months on the bench are not guaranteed.

Pros

They were really supportive during pandemic. Our pay cut was returned to us. CEOs and executive management had the highest pay cuts.

Cons

Client opportunities were lost (even before pandemic) due to low offers even to client-selected CRAs
