It's all about the people and the opportunities I have been given. It truly is a family and I love being a part of it. It doesn't hurt to work for a stable and successful company either with great products....

Pros

The other employees are all wonderful and smart.

Cons

The management is extremely micro-managing. (The CFO personally had to review every individual's expense reports... its 75 person company). The owners are cheap. One year for Christmas, they gave us all dog calendars... of the owner's dogs.
