Many young engineers start at the company to quickly realize they have joined a circus. Positive suggestions and functionality are quickly dismissed by out of touch management. This extends outside of the technical realm as well. Most folks realize that the situation cannot be remedied as a true solution would involve a clean sweep of management which will never occur. This leaves most to the resort to the only logical reality available. Young talent jumps from the perpetually sinking ship which somehow never ceases to stop scraping rock bottom.

The iconics experience is one of routine bad decisions followed up with more bad decisions. Every release involves building new features on top of broken base functionality. Outdated technical decisions are constantly made in order to align with fellow industry partner dinosaurs. The training material is at minimum 8 years out of date. Any efforts to upgrade it are continually vetoed by a willfully ignorant management team. It seems that whenever presented with any choice, the wrong choice is made without fail every time.
